We have products available with multiple different production styles that may effect when and how you get your order! Read on below to find out exactly what this means:
MADE TO ORDER »
These products are manufactured on demand and won't go into production until you place your order. This means they have a 1-2 week processing time followed up by a 1-3 day shipping time. During the processing time, the product will be printed and assembled together just for you before being packed up and shipped out. You'll receive information every step along the way so you know when to expect your item. This also means that different products in your order can come from different facilities depending on how they're produced. Don't be surprised if you see a few different shipments if your order is larger. This production method is far more eco-friendly as it creates less waste and we will always work hard to decrease shipping costs and delays where we can.
READY TO SHIP »
These products are pre-made and will likely be shipping to you from our little studio in Southern Maryland. They will likely come separate from any "made to order" products but we'll be sure to share that information with you when your order ships. This means they have a 1-2 day processing time followed up by a 1-3 day shipping time. This method won't be used frequently for our products as we prefer the more eco-friendly "made to order" production method. But be sure to read the product details to know for certain.
CUSTOM PRODUCTS »
These products will often require extra information from you or custom designs to be created before they go into production. Depending on the product, we'll reach out to you directly to confirm your choices before sending the product to production. Since these products are custom, they may require more processing time. Be sure to factor this extra time into your purchase if you require the product by a certain date!

Can I Change or Cancel my Order?
You can cancel or change your order if it has not yet gone through production. We recommend you let us know any changes as soon as you can after submitting it. However once the order has been manufactured or dispatched, we are unable to cancel or make any changes.
Our 'made to order' production method means there isn't a stock of products to return your order to if you need to cancel or change anything. So we need to make sure all of the details are correct before submitting your order!

Can I Exchange or Return this Product?
Our 'made to order' production method means there isn't a stock of products to return your order to if you need to cancel or change anything. So with this in mind please be sure to review the size charts before ordering to avoid any order errors.
If you wish to exchange for another size or return for a refund, please reach out within 15 days of receiving your order to start processing your Return.

Can I get a Refund if I Change my Mind?
We have a 15-day return policy so you have 15 days from when you receive your order to reach out to us and get a refund.
However our 'made to order' production process makes it difficult for us to process products that customers no longer want. So be sure to review size charts and product details before purchasing to ensure you don't have any buyers remorse!

When Will I Receive my Order?
Fulfillment time depends on the production method for the items in your order. Standard fulfillment time is usually 5-7 business days. Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive shipping information via email. Please allow up to 21 days from the point of fulfillment for international orders. If your order falls outside of these guidelines, please reach out to us so we can keep an eye on the situation.
